Full Time or Contractor Basis
Makomi is seeking a detail-oriented and gregarious individual who is punctual and thorough. All applicants should have a strong desire to be involved with a true start-up company and have aspirations to help the company’s growth.
This position involves in-person communication with new clients, setting up accounts and profiles for them, taking professional photos of homes, and staying in contact with Makomi’s Customer Success team.
The ideal candidate can either be full time or contract-basis but must have flexible working hours Mon-Fri between the hours of 8am-6pm.
Roles & Responsibilities
Meet new clients in their homes to conduct “in-home consultations”
Collect home keys and take necessary photography at each home consultation
Create new digital profiles for each new client and walk client through set-up process
Report all status, schedules, and updates to the company’s Customer Success Manager
