The position is a revenue producing role, focused on product/service education for clients, new pipeline development, CRM management, and helping to turn qualified leads into engaged customers. A demonstrated record of deal-making, while not a prerequisite, will set up a candidate for greater success in this role. Candidates who have a background with B2C sales techniques will be ideal for this role.

This position is specifically designed for self-motivated, tireless, and driven sales people and will sit between the company’s leadership team and Customer Success Manager.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Educating prospective customers on company’s main product offering

  • Managing, refining, and adapting sales scripts, funnel stages, and CRM processes

  • Recording and tracking sales outcomes and relevant KPIs

  • Securing qualified leads and carrying them through the customer cycle to onboarding
