The position is a revenue producing role, focused on product/service education for clients, new pipeline development, CRM management, and helping to turn qualified leads into engaged customers. A demonstrated record of deal-making, while not a prerequisite, will set up a candidate for greater success in this role. Candidates who have a background with B2C sales techniques will be ideal for this role.
This position is specifically designed for self-motivated, tireless, and driven sales people and will sit between the company’s leadership team and Customer Success Manager.
Roles & Responsibilities
Educating prospective customers on company’s main product offering
Managing, refining, and adapting sales scripts, funnel stages, and CRM processes
Recording and tracking sales outcomes and relevant KPIs
Securing qualified leads and carrying them through the customer cycle to onboarding
